Family Programs for Patrons

Family Programs are available to Circle of Friends members who wish to share an exclusive behind-the-scenes view of the ballet with young family members.

Children enjoy private programs that are specially designed to challenge, stimulate, and amuse young minds.  Our “Meet the Artist” events are designed in cooperation with the Company’s education and artistic staff and include “House Seat” tickets to that day’s matinee performance! 

This program can be accessed by all contributors of $6,500+ by checking the Family Programs for Patrons box (entitling the patron to 5 tickets for each of our events!) or by purchasing individual tickets to these parties.

Past programs have allowed our guests to venture backstage to meet costumed performers from Sleeping Beauty, take a ballet class with New York City Ballet dancer and School of American Ballet faculty member, Elizabeth Walker, and this season will feature events based on Peter Martins’s Romeo + Juliet and Susan Stroman’s Double Feature.
