ELIGIBILITY
All subscriber benefits apply only to current New York City Ballet subscribers. Subscribers are eligible for benefits during the season (winter and/or spring) corresponding to their subscription order.

To qualify for benefits/discounts, NYCB Subscriber ID Card must be presented at participating establishments. Please identify yourself as a NYCB subscriber when making reservations.

Subscriber-Only Savings
Subscribers get the best deal in the house with ticket prices as much as 20% off regular prices. This preferred subscriber rate is also applicable to any additional single ticket purchases you make throughout the season.

Purchasing additional single tickets: nycballet.com-registered users can purchase single tickets with this preferred subscription rate online, and all subscribers can purchase tickets with your subscription rate in person at the David H. Koch Theater Box Office with your Subscription ID Card or by calling the Subscription Hotline at 212-870-4260 with you Subscription ID Number.

Flexible Ticket Exchange Privileges
Subscribers may always exchange their tickets for another performance date if a conflict arises. Please note that exchanges may be made across the entire season, including fall, winter, and spring repertory performances, but only within the 2010-11 Season.*

Nutcracker Ticket Priority
Subscribers to the 2010-11 Season will receive advance notification and ticket-buying privileges for the 2011 performances of
 George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker™.

Subscriber Hotline
Subscribers may order additional tickets with no service charges through NYCB’s exclusive Subscriber Hotline: 212-870-4260.

*The Box Office is open for repertory exchanges and additional single ticket purchases for the 2010-11 Season. All exchanges are subject to availability and are valid only for the season of purchase. No exchanges by phone. Tickets must be made no later than 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled performance. Exchange limitations apply to special events and gala performances

LOST TICKETS AND TRANSFERS
If your NYCB tickets have been stolen or misplaced, or if you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your seats for another guest to use, call the Subscription Dept. at 212-496-0600 to make arrangements for replacement tickets. Please have your Subscription Identification Card available when you place the call.

TICKET DONATIONS
If you are unable to use your NYCB tickets, please consider donating them back to the Company for resale. This tax-deductible donation helps to financially support the Company, and an official receipt of the donation will be mailed to you. To donate your tickets, call 212-870-5667 two hours before curtain or visit nycballet.com and click on “Buy Tickets” and then “Ticket Donation.”

TICKET EXCHANGES:

By Mail          
Send your tickets (including stubs) with at least two alternate dates to: New York City Ballet, David H. Koch Theater Box Office, 20
 Lincoln Center, New York, NY 10023.

In Person      
You may bring the tickets you wish to exchange directly to the David H. Koch Theater Box Office.

EXCHANGES CANNOT BE MADE BY PHONE. The Box Office must have your tickets (including stubs) in hand at least 24 hours before the performance you cannot attend in order for them to process an exchange. All exchanges are subject to availability.

CHILDREN’S TICKET POLICY
Please note that for all repertory season performances, children must be AT LEAST FIVE YEARS OF AGE to be admitted to the theater. For assistance identifying programs suitable for young children, please contact the Box Office at 212-870-5570 or visit nycballet.com.

DINING
NYCB Subscribers are entitled to discounts and/or complimentary services at the following neighborhood restaurants. To take advantage of discounts and benefits, present your NYCB Subscriber Benefits Card at participating establishments. Please identify yourself as a NYCB subscriber when making reservations. Note that restaurant benefits are redeemable from September 14, 2010, through June 12, 2011.
