ELIGIBILITY

All subscriber benefits apply only to current New York City Ballet subscribers. Subscribers are eligible for benefits during the entire 2011-12 Season, including fall, winter, and spring performances.*

Subscriber-Only Savings
Subscribers get the best deal in the house with ticket prices as much as 20% off regular prices. Additionally, all Standard Series subscribers, as well as Create-Your-Own subscribers who buy six or more performances in their initial package purchase, retain their preferred subscriber rate for purchasing additional single tickets throughout the season.

Preferred Rate
Single Ticket Purchases
Qualified subscribers who are also nycballet.com-registered users can purchase additional single tickets with their preferred rate online simply by logging in to the site before making a purchase. Subscribers can also purchase single tickets with their preferred rate in person at the David H. Koch Theater Box Office by presenting a Subscription ID Card or by calling the Subscription Hotline at 212-870-4260 with your Subscription ID Number.

Service-Fee Free Subscriber Hotline
All subscribers are exempt from paying service fees on additional single ticket purchases when ordering through their exclusive Subscriber Hotline: 212-870-4260. Please note that all orders are subject to a $2 facility fee per ticket.

Flexible Ticket Exchange Privileges
Have a change of plans? Not a problem! Unlike single ticket purchases, subscription tickets may always be exchanged for another performance should a conflict arise. Exchanges may be made across the entire season, including fall, winter, and spring repertory performances, but only within the 2011-12 Season.

All Standard Series subscribers, as well as Create-Your-Own Series subscribers with six or more performances, may exchange tickets at no cost. Create-Your-Own Series subscribers with five or fewer performances are always welcome to exchange their tickets at a $3 fee per ticket.

By Mail
Send your tickets (including stubs) with at least two alternate dates to: NYCB Box Office, David H. Koch Theater, 20 Lincoln Center, New York, NY 10023.

In Person
You may bring the tickets you wish to exchange directly to the David H. Koch Theater Box Office.

All exchanges are subject to availability and are valid only for the season of purchase. The Box Office must have your tickets (including stubs) in hand at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled performance in order for an exchange to be processed. Exchanges cannot be made by phone. Limitations apply to special events and gala performances

Nutcracker Ticket Priority
By committing to a minimum of three performances during the 2011-12 Season, you’ll qualify for early notice and priority ticket-buying privileges for the 2011 performances of George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker™. Note: orders must be received by June 30, 2011, to be included in this priority benefit.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Lost Tickets and Transfers
If your subscription tickets have been stolen or misplaced, or if you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your seats for another guest to use, call 212-496-0600 to make arrangements for replacement tickets. Please have your Subscription Identification Card available when you place the call. For last minute emergencies right before curtain, simply stop by the Box Office when you arrive at the theater for your performance.

Ticket Donations
If you are unable to use your tickets, please consider donating them back to the Company for resale. Donated tickets help to financially support the Company and are tax deductible. Visit Please have your Subscriber ID and ticket/s available when you make the donation.

Online
nycballet.com and click on “Buy Tickets” and then “Ticket Donation.” Ticket donations will be accepted up to two hours prior to curtain on the day of the scheduled performance.

By Phone
To donate your tickets over the phone, call 212-870-5667 up to 30 minutes prior to curtain on the day of the scheduled performance.

In Person
You may also bring the tickets you wish to exchange directly to the David H. Koch Theater Box Office up to 30 minutes prior to curtain on the day of the scheduled performance.

*Standard Series are no longer available for the 2011-12 Season. Create-Your-Own Series are available throughout the entire 2011-12 Season. Please be aware that Create-Your-Own Series do not guarantee the same seats at each performance or from season to season. Performances of George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker™, specially-priced Sept 16 performance, Sept 22 Fall Gala, and May 10 Spring Gala not applicable.
